"Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your body And refreshment to your bones." Proverbs 3:5-8

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He will make your paths straight.
Do not be wise in your own eyes;
Fear the LORD and turn away from evil.
It will be healing to your body
And refreshment to your bones.”
Proverbs 3:5-8

I’ve been singing on Facebook the last few weeks!

How do I sing on Facebook?
Well, It’s not a video I’ve posted of myself singing…I wouldn’t even know how and you certainly would not want to listen!

I post the words of the song on my heart! But why?

Because my heart loves to sing; to sing praise! And when others join in the song gets sweeter!

After posting several songs over the last few weeks I have enjoyed others “singing along” with me! Lifting praise to God!

Together!

Perhaps it’s a bit unconventional, but if you keep reading and scrolling I hope your heart will start to sing with me too!

Singing and scripture searching!

Praising the Lord along the journey!

Open the eyes of my heart Lord! Who can sing along with me?

Open the eyes of my heart Lord!
Who can sing along with me?

This song is an actual prayer for my heart to be prepared to see what God will unfold as I read the Word. A plea to help my heart understand as I look for wisdom in the scriptures.

Turn your eyes upon Jesus...and the things of earth will grow strangely dim! Jesus knows our every heartache. "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed." Psalm 34:18

Turn your eyes upon Jesus…and the things of earth will grow strangely dim!
Jesus knows our every heartache.
“The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.”
Psalm 34:18

This one was on my heart after a beautiful family lost a husband and father to a cancer battle. While I couldn’t hug those left behind physically I trust that I could lift them in prayer and God would be their strength and comfort.

When you can’t hold those you want to comfort in your arms, you can hold them in your prayers.

"But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world." 1 John 4:4

“But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.” 1 John 4:4

This is an all out praise tune for my heart! Acknowledging our great and mighty, move the mountains, God!

As other sisters sang along with me they said:

  • Our God! Hallelujah! Love the song and the words!
  • Love this song! Explains our GOD for who HE is in all the right words. He is our everything! Amen! Amen!
  • Sing with me How Great, is our God, and all will see how Great, how Great is our God. He is the name above all names, he is worthy of all praise!! I love singing praises to our Father!

Sing with me ladies reading today! Lift your voice! Rise and shine and give God the glory! Leave your favorite song in the comments! I’d love to find a verse for your song!
