Drink More water!
We often struggle to drink enough water. Although we know we should do it we often forget, or don’t feel like it or drink other things. Water is essential! Often we confuse being thirsty with being hungry. Try these tips for drinking more water each day:
  • Easy accessibility! Keep it handy…bottles in the fridge for on the go!
  • Add flavor without calories! Lemon, lime, orange cut into slices and added!
  • Enjoy it with a straw! Little changes can equal more enjoyment!
  • Log it! Use your phone to help remind and track your water intake!
