Hi ladies! We have a treat for you during our fall Keeping It Real in the Chaos session!

Each week we will issue a fitness, nutrition and scripture challenge! You can follow along online so do not worry if you have never attended a Faithfully Fit Class!

Every week our challenges will be little things you can easily add to your week to keep us thinking about strengthening of Faith and Fitness walk! Come on ladies, lets take the challenge together!

Week One

Fitness:
Try a new class (especially a Faithfully Fit class) even if it is not the “one” you usually attend. It’s a great way to meet new friends, get real and share life with others. We would love to have you Keep It Real with us!
Nutrition:
No desserts for a week. It’s only a week! You can do it!
Share what you substitute for a sweet (sugary) snack… fruit, yogurt, etc.
Scripture:
Start any book of the Bible ….. pick one! If you have trouble making a decision leave a comment and we will help! Read only one chapter. Find your favorite “stand out” verses (verses that speak to your heart immediately). Then reread the chapter later in the week. Continue this process through that book until you complete the book. One chapter per day is usually just enough.
