This week begins our final count down to…
Fall Session: Keeping It Real In The Chaos!
We are excited! We are enthusiastic! We are praying, planning, reading, writing, printing, blogging and well you get the picture. There is much to be done and if we don’t slow down and focus it could get chaotic! “And let the peace of God rule in your hearts” (Col 3:15).
Keeping the to do list can help if the things on the list are things God assigned for you.
Lucky for me I’ve helped design this session of Faithfully Fit so I am immune to the possibility of letting it overwhelm me…Right?
Absolutely…wrong!
I can become as easily overwhelmed as the next gal! And it’s no wonder. As I took my walk this afternoon I thought about all the hats I wear, all the roles I play.
Wife
Mother
Daughter
Friend
Aunt
Office Manager
Faithfully Fit Instructor
Faithfully Following Speaker/Blogger
Volunteer
And the list goes on!
Many of you reading are wearing as many hats, if not more, and you understand! Things can get Chaotic!
The chaos of life can get in the way of living.
Signals can get crossed, communication can suffer, relationships can deteriorate and danger can lurk around the corner and our overwhelmed, rushed minds wouldn’t even notice. “Let the word of Christ dwell in your richly” (Col 3:16)
Life is busy, demanding and on many days full of sheer chaos! That is exactly why we want to Keep It Real!
Keep our relationship with Christ real!
Share life with real women.
Women seeking Jesus first.
Because it can be hard, we can get misguided, we are overwhelmed and we need encouragement from others who understand how very real the chaos of being women who say yes far too often can be! “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus” (Col 3:17).
