Donna, with her husband, Justin and their children

Donna is a full time mother/wife and a part-time physical therapist in a local orthopaedic clinic. She has been married to her husband, Justin, for 16 years and they have 3 children: Cailee, Austin, and Sara. The Fender five attend Calvary Baptist Church, where Justin serves as the Minister of Youth/Children.
Donna loves to spread the JOY afforded her through the finished work on the cross through the ministry of Faithfully Fit and Faithfully Following, but also through the gift of music and laughter. She lives with the hope of Romans 8:38-39 daily: “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord!”

Jodie with her husband, Thomas and their children

Jodie is a wife, mother, homemaker, office manager, teacher and speaker! She enjoys using the gifts that God has given her combined with the wisdom gained from the Word and life experiences to motivate and encourage women to strengthen their faith and fitness. She resides in the small town of Roanoke Rapids, NC and attends Calvary Baptist Church. After a trip to the doctor’s office revealed she was “gaining a little weight” she decided it was time for a lifestyle change. Starting with a few nutrition adjustments and walking daily she developed a heart for exercise and desired to combine that with her heart for the Lord. Joy flooded her heart when the ministry of Faithfully Fit was born! Outside the ministry of Faithfully Fit she enjoys traveling with her husband of 23 years, spending time with her two teenage children, blogging, “scripture doodling” and creative homemaking. Her go to verse for motivation in her faith and fitness walk is Hebrews 12:1-2 and she sums it up saying, “Run the race, keep the pace, keep your eyes on Jesus”!
